What is PEMF?
Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields are also known as PEMFs. In PEMF therapy, electromagnetic fields with a variety of waveforms and frequencies are used to stimulate healthy muscles to improve and facilitate their performance. As a result, BEMER devices temporarily increase the blood flow to healthy muscles.
Is it safe?
The answer is yes! We are constantly surrounded by electromagnetic energy — from streaming shows on electronic devices to listening to the radio and even our bodies emit heat, e.g. infrared waves.
