Health Coach & Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition

vegetables colorful and fresh looking

Hi, I’m Joseph, and I’m thrilled to share my journey as a Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) Coach. Growing up on a standard American diet, I experienced firsthand the impact of poor nutrition on society. Watching the community and people around me suffer from health issues due to poor eating habits deeply affected me, leading me to seek a different path.

For the past 6 years, I’ve embraced a WFPB lifestyle with passion and commitment. After some initial challenges and relapses, I’ve adhered strictly to this diet for the last five years. During the pandemic, I dedicated myself to studying WFPB nutrition, enrolling in the E-Cornell Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition program, and continually expanding my knowledge through scientific research and literature. I'm currently finishing my health coach diploma with Global Healing.

The results have been transformative: I’ve lost weight, alleviated back pain, cleared nearly all my acne, and healed body misalignments. My allergies have significantly improved, and my family and I now enjoy a lifestyle that makes us feel happier, more energetic, and aligned with our values of sustainability and well-being.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based advice and support to individuals seeking to enhance their health through a WFPB diet. My personal experience with this diet has given me a profound understanding of its benefits, including disease prevention, weight management, and increased energy levels. I’m here to help you discover how delicious and fulfilling a whole-food plant-based lifestyle can be.

Let’s embark on this journey towards better health together!
