Hello, I’m Anna, a highly skilled Pilates and Yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience in sports competition and injury management. My classes are infused with enthusiasm, motivation, and an uplifting spirit, reflecting my deep passion for movement and comprehensive understanding of the body. I specialize in guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery, strength, rehabilitation, and well-being, helping clients achieve their personal goals through optimal health.


I hold a Body Harmonic Pilates certification, which underscores my commitment to the highest standards of practice. This certification equips me to guide clients safely and effectively through a variety of Pilates exercises, including classical and contemporary mat work, reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrel, and uniquely modified Pilates and Yoga practices. My extensive experience also includes a nuanced understanding of injury management, allowing me to address health concerns on a personal level.


My career has taken me to some of the most prestigious clubs, clinics, and members’ clubs in central London, where I’ve thrived in a fast-paced environment. Cycling has always been my preferred mode of commuting, reflecting my active lifestyle. My background includes playing handball semi-professionally in Poland and participating in various sports such as skiing, volleyball, softball, table tennis, badminton, and running. 


My global travels and diverse experiences have enriched my practice, and I’ve had the honor of speaking at Corporate Wellness Day in London.


In 2006, I faced a significant challenge with a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease and hip joint complications. Advised to undergo spinal surgery and face a potential disability classification, I chose to explore alternative paths. Embracing Pilates and Yoga, guided by an esteemed Italian master Pilates instructor, has transformed my life. 


The profound benefits of these practices led me to develop a daily regimen that continues to yield remarkable and lasting results. Alongside Pilates and Yoga, I enjoy meditation, jogging, swimming, hiking, and weight training, and I’m exploring snowboarding, surfing, and kayaking.


As a certified Yoga instructor, I integrate both Pilates and Yoga principles to offer a holistic approach. My teaching combines alignment, precision, and safety with a focus on empowering students to reach their full potential through mindful movement and proper breathing.


Recognizing that each person is unique, I tailor every lesson with empathy and individualized attention. By observing your posture, alignment, breathing patterns, fitness level, and injury history, I customize exercises to meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey. 


I offer a variety of modifications and adaptations to cater to all fitness levels, ensuring everyone benefits from the practice. Additionally, I teach prenatal and postnatal Pilates, celebrating the resilience and dedication of mothers-to-be.


In my classes, I also incorporate mindfulness, relaxation techniques, sound healing, and aromatherapy, creating a comprehensive experience that promotes balance, reduces stress, and fosters a deep sense of well-being. My passion, love, and dedication to Pilates and Yoga are reflected in the wonderful relationships I build with my clients.

Pilates Classes


  1. Reformer Pilates, Cadillac, Tower, and Wuda chair. Using specialized equipment, these private classes offer a deeper challenge to the core muscles while promoting flexibility and strenght. These classes utilize specialized equipment to target specific areas like the hips, shoulders, and back.  
  2. Mat Pilates: These classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and stability using bodyweight exercises.  


Yoga Classes


  1. Hatha Yoga: This gentle and therapeutic style of yoga focuses on breath, alignment, and relaxation.
  2. Vinyasa Flow: This dynamic yoga style combines breath with movement to create a flowing and dynamic practice.
  3. Restorative Yoga: These classes focus on deep relaxation, using props such as bolsters and blankets to support the body.
